Cybersecurity Presales Engineer

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Presales Engineer to join our team.
As a trusted technical advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving our cybersecurity solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Serving as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers, providing expert guidance on cybersecurity (Network and Info) solutions.
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of network and information security, with a focus on leading vendors such as Fortinet, PaloAlto, CISCO, and others.
-Collaborating closely with customers to understand their project requirements and deliverables, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is achieved.
-Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.
-Setting costs and prices for our cybersecurity products and services.
-Managing key aspects of the sales cycle, including gathering requirements, conducting product demonstrations, creating proof of concept, and specifying product details.
-Conducting engaging presentations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions, both in meetings and events.
-Providing troubleshooting support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns related to our solutions, and delivering technical enablement.
-Building strong consultative relationships with individuals within customer and partner organizations to ensure their satisfaction.
-Supporting partner certification programs, ensuring our partners have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our cybersecurity solutions.
-Effectively communicating customer requirements and feedback to product management teams, contributing to the enhancement of our product offerings.
-Providing advanced training and support to the sales teams across all business territories.
-Staying up to date with the latest industry trends, technical advancements, and competitive landscape.
-Ensuring the recommendation and provision of the right services that meet customers’ cybersecurity requirements.
-Preparing comprehensive technical proposals and sizing sheets based on gathered information and proposed services.
-Serving as the customer’s trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong professional relationships based on trust and expertise.

Requirements:
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales role within the cybersecurity field, or at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity technical positions.
-Preferred experience of 3 to 4 years in network security.
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
-Deep and proven background in cybersecurity, with extensive technical expertise.
-Strong experience in interacting with customers, both technical and non-technical.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey cybersecurity concepts.
